Terri Mullenix-Jackson holds degrees in accounting and paralegal studies and has worked with Jim for over 20 years in various aspects of his law practice, including real estate, civil litigation, general corporate/governmental work, and forensic accounting, but the majority of her work at the firm is related to the probate of estates and administration of trusts. She also performs the accounting work for the law firm. Terri comes from a background in law enforcement administration, having served as Administrative Aide to the command staff at the Johnson City Police Department and as Planning and Research Director and Director of Administrative Services with the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

She was voted "Most Dedicated City Employee" by her peers at the City of Johnson City in 1984 and was named "Outstanding Paralegal Student" of her graduating class in 1987.

Her interests include music, art, reading and animal rescue. She resides in Jonesborough with her rescue chihuahua, Henry.
